CURRENT TURNAROUND TIMES: Listed below are the approximate turnaround times on the items we manufacture. Wooden shelters generally have the longest turnaround time due to the fact that customers can select extra options for them and create a custom order. Also, turnaround times tend to fluctuate and increase as order quantities increase. We work on orders in the order that they're received so it's always best to place an order sooner versus later. This gets your order in the queue. Once we receive payment, your order is secured into the next opening on our workshop schedule. You will receive two order confirmations. One is generated by our website and arrives immediately. The other will be a DETAILED confirmation and it is sent by us. It will summarize the details of your order, any special requests, and provides an ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME frame. This is usually sent within A FEW DAYS of your purchase. PLEASE CHECK YOUR SPAM FOLDER if you feel you did not receive this confirmation and also make sure the email address, you provided on your order form, is current and correct (no typos).
