AFTER YOU PLACE AN ORDER: 

1. You will receive 2 email confirmations and they're sent to the email address that you provided on your order form.  Please make sure your email address is current and correct.  Also, check your spam folder if you feel you did not receive your confirmations.  One confirmation will come immediately and is generated by our website.  The other confirmation is a DETAILED CONFIRMATION (sent by us) that will summarize your order, list the shipping address, and provide an estimated delivery time frame.  This confirmation is usually sent within 48 hours of your order.
2. Once your package ships, you will receive a shipment confirmation that will provide tracking information, carrier phone and website info, and an estimated arrival date.  
3. Please refer to your tracking information for updates on your package.  Also, anticipate possible delays during peak shipping times and/or adverse weather conditions.  Currently, shipping carriers do not provide reimbursements for delays.

RESPONDING TO QUESTIONS:

We answer all emails and usually within 48 hours.  Since we work in the shop during the day, we are able to read and answer emails in the evenings/mornings.  We will get back to you as soon as we are able. We try to spend as much time as possible in the workshop so that we can get more orders processed.
